DEMOLITION OF CHIMNEYS IN BRINDISI
Thermoelectric power plant Enipower Syndial S.p.A. of Brindisi. Preliminary reclamation both from process fluids such as OCD (Dense Fuel Oil), and from FAV and MCA present on the entire plant. Fratelli Omini has managed the disposal of:
- 4 hanging type boilers 40 meters high;
- 4 cement fireplaces 60 meters high inside an active production plant.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
METHODOLOGIES /TECHNICS USED
Use of a system of hydraulic jacks remotely controlled for the deconstruction of boiler bodies. Use of FDS (Fly Demolition System), radio-controlled equipment held suspended by a crane for the demolition of chimneys.
Tons of waste handled:
- 25,000 demolition rubble;
- 9,000 of iron;
- 200 of friable asbestos;
- 270 of compact MCA;
- 260 of FAV;
- 1600 OCD/watery washing solutions.
